A Statement of Sales Tax Exemption must be included with the Application for Water Service.
If the deed to land is changed, membership must also be changed. If you should buy, sell, inherit, receive, transfer, put into trust, or incorporate, please contact the business office to update the membership to match the filed deed. The Affidavit of Benefit Unit Transfer form below can be printed and filled out, or we can mail you a copy at your request. Pasture meters that are redeeded become Benefit Units after transfer.
