Bill Payment

We offer a variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

All payments are due in our office by the 15th of the month.

Payment By Bank Draft-ACH Payment

If you would like the ease and convenience of automatic bank draft to pay your monthly bill, sign up with the PDF form below or click here:  ach-bank-draft-form. Your account will be drafted on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, funds will be drafted the next business day.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please include your payment card with your payment.  Remember when you send your payment by mail, it has to travel through multiple mail centers and may take more time than one would think. We consider a payment delinquent that arrives at our office after the 15th, regardless of when it is postmarked. To avoid additional fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date of the 15th.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address, 308 W 5th, Burden, Kansas.  We accept checks and money orders.  We are not able to make change for payments in cash.  If the office is closed, payments may be dropped off through the bill pay slot in our front door.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account, so to avoid additional fees, set your payment to arrive in our office no later than the 15th of the month. Please consult with your bank for more information.
