A Statement of Sales Tax Exemption must be included with the Application for Water Service.
If the deed to land is changed, membership must also be changed. If you should buy, sell, inherit, receive, transfer, put into trust, or incorporate, please contact the business office to update the membership to match the filed deed. An Affidavit of Benefit Unit Transfer form will be sent to you, and presented to the Board for approval to complete the transfer. Pasture meters that are redeeded become Benefit Units.
