Welcome to the Rural Water District 5, Cowley County Community. Please submit a Benefit Unit Membership Application and Statement of Sales Tax Exemption to apply for water service, or contact the business office for more information. When you return your Application, and your Statement of Sales Tax Exemption to the business office, please also provide proof of ownership (Deed, etc) for the land where the water meter would be located and the nonrefundable engineering fee in the amount of $250.00.
Water service is not available in all locations. Once the application has been approved, we will provide you with an estimate of costs to install the meter.
